Oral manifestations may include early loss of primary teeth, high caries risk, dental malformations, and alveolar bone loss. This presentation will discuss a comprehensive approach to oral health management for patients with hypophosphatasia, with an emphasis on timely diagnosis, prevention, early intervention, and maintenance of oral health across the lifespan.

Educational objectives: After attending this presentation, the attendee should be able to accomplish the following for a patient with hypophosphatasia:

  • Accurately assess oral health risks
