Michael Rodrigues & Annamarie Corvelli Promoted to Executive Financial Leadership Positions at Delta Dental of New Jersey & Delta Dental of Connecticut

PARSIPPANY, N.J. — June 1, 2020—Delta Dental of New Jersey (DDNJ) and Delta Dental of Connecticut is pleased to announce two executive level promotions: Michael Rodrigues to Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and Annamarie Corvelli to Assistant Vice President—Controller. Michael replaces longtime CFO James Suleski, who retired in April after 15 years with the state’s leading dental benefits company.

Michael joined DDNJ in 2015 and previously served as Vice President, Assistant Vice President, and Controller. In his new appointments, he will be responsible for the overall leadership and direction of the finance, underwriting/actuarial, and facilities management of the organization and will take an active role in the development and achievement of the strategic business plan.

He previously held audit and accounting-related positions at Withum Smith + Brown, Goldstein, Karlewicz & Goldstein LLP Certified Public Accountants, EisnerAmper, and Sony Electronics, Inc.

Annamarie Corvelli now becomes the Assistant Vice President – Controller. She began her career at DDNJ in 2001 as the Supervisor of Accounting and, in her new role, will be responsible for overseeing the Commissions, Financial Reporting, Purchasing/Office Services, and Treasury functions of the Finance department.

Annamarie holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from William Paterson University. Michael is a licensed New Jersey Certified Public Accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Rutgers University. Michael is also an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and the North Board of Junior Achievement of New Jersey.
